4 Serves?! You cray.
We do not recommend taking more than 3 servings, due to the high caffeine content.

The Curse, Simplified

The Curse is a pre-workout by Cobra Labs.

It is designed to improve energy, focus, and pumps for improved workouts.

Although The Curse claims to have 50 servings per tub (1 scoop per serving), you will most likely need 2-3 scoops to notice any decent effects.

Stimulants

  • 1.5 cups of coffee’s worth of caffeine per scoop

Those who consume regularly will want to use 2, or even 3 scoops for a better energy boost.

3 servings provides a lot of Caffeine, and could cause a bit of a crash once it wears off.

Mood/Focus

  • Caffeine – Improves alertness and motivation

For a supplement that claims to provide “extreme mental focus”, it’s a little disappointing since it only contains caffeine for this effect.

Performance

  • Beta Alanine – Improves endurance by delaying fatigue (poor dose)
  • Creatine Monohydrate – Increases power output and endurance (poor dose)
  • Caffeine – Can improve power output and endurance (poor dose for performance enhancement)
  • L-Citrulline – Improves endurance via nitric oxide production (poor dose)
  • Arginine AKG – Also improves endurance via nitric oxide production (poor dose)

A nice mix of performance ingredients are used in The Curse, but effective doses are most likely only reached at 2 or 3 servings.

Exact amounts of ingredients are hidden in “blends”.

Pumps

  • L-Citrulline – Increases pumps via nitric oxide production (poor dose)
  • Arginine AKG – Also increases pumps via nitric oxide (poor dose)

The quantities of both these ingredients are very low, and may not have significant effects even with 3 scoops.

L-Citrulline and Arginine may work additively for better pumps.

Arginine AKG is better-absorbed than other forms.

Extras

  • Olive Leaf Extract – Antioxidant and immunity properties

Conclusion

Although the ingredients used in The Curse are proven to be effective, the doses are very low.

Adequate amounts of beta alanine and creatine might be reached with multiple servings, but a single scoop will provide very little benefit.

The only extra ingredient is olive leaf extract, which has possible antioxidant and immunity properties.
